Wont Even Start

What a shame, this game doesnt even start.
I just downloaded and try to start it but it just shows a picture with two doctors and a child in a bed saying "Loading" but this never happend, instead the app just crash and keeps doing it,, Ive tryed everithing from restarting device to deleting and downloading app again but I keep getting the same outcome.
Very frustrating. Erasing now for good.
Fyi: I got ipad mini ios 9.0.3
